My Story...

I'm a revenue growth specialist, business growth coach, author, speaker, podcast host, husband, Dad to three, and a Jeep enthusiast!


Like many people, the experiences (both the ups and the downs) have brought me to where I am today. I'm living proof that you can change your life by completely changing the way you think about yourself, others, and your circumstances. As a founding partner and certified coach, teacher & speaker with the John Maxwell Team, I train and coach businesses to achieve success through strategic business, marketing & branding techniques. 


I draw from years of experience and refining the process from working with top-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners. As a previous business owner myself, I understand what entrepreneurs face each day. It's hard enough these days to manage the day-to-day operations of a business or organization, let alone how to make solid marketing and profit-based business-building decisions. 


I have a vision for helping faith-based entrepreneurs increase their revenue by driving more leads, sales, & aggressive growth and coaching them to hire winners instead of losers, control cash and stash away, and get a minimum of 15 hours back per week.


Ever since 2008, from the economic downturn, and the cultural shifts in smartphones and digital media, we're all learning a new world of business growth. How did I get here? I've been a successful faith-based media executive & sales professional for 20 years. I'm privileged to be a founding partner with The John Maxwell Team, and I've received extensive training on leadership, sales, marketing, and coaching


The vision for Purpose & Profits Business Growth Coaching was birthed out of a clear understanding that businesses (both large and small) have to adapt and change their current thinking to succeed.


After working with large companies, ad agencies, mom and pop businesses, I've gained a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to coach all types of companies and organizations through a developed system called the "5 Steps To Freedom."


As a young adult, I learned the hard way when I owned and operated my local retail businesses in Birmingham, Al. that you have to have a proven & predictable business growth system, or you will surely fail. When I was young, I didn't have a system. 


I didn't have a process. I had to learn the do's and don'ts of marketing and business management and growth the hard way, and it wasn't fun. It was painful through my own mistakes and "lack of experience" in that I understand the local business world so well.


It's a pleasure to coach people on making informed decisions about the best marketing options to fit their needs. As a marketing expert and coach, I understand that time changes how you have to get marketing exposure, primarily through social media.
